This turnkey facility integrates modular gas-tight reinforced concrete garage/tunnel fermenters operated in a staggered dry-batch mode, establishing quasi-continuous **plug-flow dynamics** for high-solids (2040% TS) organic waste. Solid fractions are introduced via an **automated mechanical feed system**featuring an intake walking floor, heavy-duty de-stoner, shredder, and overhead gantry or ram-stuffer feed. In-vessel mixing is achieved non-mechanically through controlled, heated percolate liquid recirculation sprayed uniformly over the substrate matrix to distribute volatile fatty acids and methanogens without channel clogging.

The system operates strictly within the **thermophilic thermal regime (5255C)**, regulated by hydronic radiant heating embedded in tunnel walls and floors alongside percolate heat exchangers. This accelerates hydrolytic degradation while ensuring pathogen reduction for sanitized digestate.

Biogas undergoes biological desulfurization, multi-stage compression, and dry PSA/membrane separation for **energy recovery**, yielding grid- or transport-grade **Bio-CNG (>96% $\text{CH}_4$)**. Parasitic thermal demand is satisfied via a high-efficiency bi-fuel boiler or CHP system, while degassed solid digestate is aerobically matured and granulated into high-grade organic fertilizer.
