Old ETP Continuous used decanter

This refurbishment service addresses a vintage decanter centrifuge operating continuously within a demanding Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) environment. Due to years of uninterrupted exposure to abrasive slurries, chemical reagents, and corrosive industrial wastewater, the unit requires a comprehensive mechanical overhaul to restore optimal performance.

The repair scope includes high-precision dynamic balancing of the bowl and scroll assemblies to eliminate damaging vibration levels. We will rebuild the wear-resistant tungsten carbide tiles on the conveyor flights and replace all critical main bearings and specialized lip seals to prevent future sludge ingress. Furthermore, the drive gearbox will be completely disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and refurbished with new components to ensure reliable torque transmission. Structural components, including the main frame and outer casing, will undergo ultrasonic thickness testing and localized welding repairs to counter chemical erosion. Post-assembly, the centrifuge will undergo rigorous test-runs and calibration to verify balance, seal integrity, and original processing efficiency.
