Install Fruit Juice Dewatering used decanter centrifuge

This project involves the installation, refurbishment verification, and commissioning of a used decanter centrifuge configured specifically for fruit juice dewatering. The scope of work begins with a comprehensive mechanical inspection of the pre-owned equipment, ensuring the structural and sanitary integrity of critical components including the rotating bowl, scroll conveyor, main bearings, and gearbox. After precise structural mounting and vibration-isolated leveling on the processing floor, the unit will be integrated into the production line. This includes connecting product feed lines, clarified juice outlets, and cake discharge chutes, alongside configuring Clean-in-Place (CIP) cleaning systems. Finally, electrical wiring, instrument calibration, and programming of the variable frequency drives (VFDs) will be performed. The project concludes with water testing, dynamic balancing checks, and product-run optimization to achieve maximum juice recovery, superior liquid clarity, and optimal discharge cake dryness.
