The process line integrates precision dry and wet milling modules for rice starch isolation, followed by jet-cooking liquefaction and targeted enzymatic transformation using cyclodextrin glycosyltransferase (CGTase). Integrated downstream purification operationsincluding ultrafiltration, decolorization, nanofiltration, and crystallizationensure high molecular purity. The final refined cyclodextrin product is spray-dried or micro-milled to achieve exact particle size specifications.
