Installation & Integration of Used Automatic Decanter Centrifuge**

Successfully completed the installation, integration, and commissioning of a refurbished, automatic decanter centrifuge optimized for industrial sludge dewatering. The project began with a thorough mechanical inspection, including bowl balancing, bearing replacement, and gearbox alignment checks. The unit was then rigged and anchored onto its foundation using specialized vibration-damping mounts to minimize structural stress. Technical integration involved connecting the sludge feed lines, polymer dosing systems, cake discharge conveyors, and centrate drain piping. Additionally, the control system was integrated into the plant's main automation PLC, calibrating the variable frequency drives (VFDs) to maintain precise differential speed control between the bowl and scroll under varying solids loading. Following electrical safety checks, dynamic commissioning and process optimization were executed, achieving optimal cake dryness and excellent fluid clarity, ensuring a reliable and fully automated dewatering process.
