Food grade stainless steel has been used to design all its contact parts to avoid contamination of processed products. Tallow decanter centrifuge uses variable frequency drive to regulate functioning of its motor drive. Touch screen based mechanism and PLC controller based operation of this centrifuge make this user friendly system. As part of its safety features, this centrifuge has vibration protection, motor overheat and overload prevention facilities.
