* **Mechanical Feeding & Mixing:** Feedstock undergoes pre-conditioning in a maceration hopper before being introduced via positive-displacement progressive cavity pumps. Internal stratification and scum formation are mitigated using slow-speed, high-torque submersible mechanical draft-tube mixers combined with periodic pressurized biogas recirculation.

* **Thermal Regime:** The digester operates strictly in the mesophilic band ($37^\circ\text{C} \pm 1^\circ\text{C}$), regulated through internal heating coils supplied by an external heat loop to prevent ammonia toxicity shifts and stabilize methanogenic activity.

* **Gas Treatment & Energy Recovery:** Raw biogas passes directly to an integrated multi-stage scrubbing system, pairing chemical/biological $\text{H}_2\text{S}$ desulfurization with a regenerative water-wash or amine gas-sweetening column to achieve $>96\%\ \text{CH}_4$ purity.
