* **Digester Flow Dynamics & Feeding:** Dewatered cake is fed continuously via high-torque progressive cavity positive-displacement pumps and dual-shaft feed hoppers. The reactor operates under strict plug-flow kinetics, advancing high-solids digestate longitudinally from inlet to discharge over a nominal 1822 day hydraulic retention time, preventing feed short-circuiting.

* **Mechanical Agitation:** A heavy-duty, low-speed central horizontal rotor fitted with segmented paddle sweeps traverses the digester axis. This mechanism achieves radial micro-mixing and continuous shear for effective degassing, prevents crust and scum formation, and prevents grit settling without disturbing axial plug-flow displacement.

* **Thermal Regime:** The process is maintained in the thermophilic range (5255C) via an external jacketed heat-exchange loop and internal heated shaft/wall circuits, ensuring rapid pathogen destruction and accelerated methanogenesis kinetics.

* **Energy Recovery:** Raw biogas is desulfurized via biological/chemical scrubbers, dried, and upgraded using a multi-stage membrane separation system to produce high-purity Bio-CNG (97% $\text{CH}_4$). A fraction of thermal energy is recovered from the compressor intercoolers and auxiliary boilers to satisfy parasitic digester heat loads.
